All in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. We ship USPS First class mail for single pops, and UPS ground and parcel select for larger orders. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping methods. During sales and holiday season, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Bulk orders of 10+ different items may take longer to be fulfilled as they take more time to be picked by our warehouse team. Bulk orders may also be split into separate shipments.

When a shipping label is made, that means your order is currently being picked by our warehouse team and being prepared for packing. Your tracking number will update when the carrier picks up your order, usually within 2-3 business days depending on the carrier.

If a package is returned to sender to due an invalid shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be required to pay additional shipping in order to have their package reshipped. If they do not want to pay this fee, the order will be cancelled and charged a 15% fee. Please make sure your shipping and billing address are valid before placing an order!

We only offer shipping to the USA and USA Territories. If you do not live in one of these areas and are using a reshipper to send the package to you, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during transit and will be unable to offer compensation.

Make sure that BOTH your shipping and billing address are located in the USA or USA Territories. If your billing address is not located in one of these countries, it will not import into our system and will cause delays with your order. We only offer shipping to the USA and USA Territories so it is the customers responsibility to ensure that their information is correct for the quickest fulfillment time.


Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items will ship when the pre-order item arrives. If you want the in-stock item immediately, we recommend placing separate orders. If you wish to cancel the pre-order items, these items are subject to a 15% cancelation fee as we have stated on every collection page that orders with pre-order items will not ship until they arrive.


Pre-Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for no cancelation fee. Orders cancelled outside of the 24 hour window can be cancelled for a 15% fee. This fee can be extremely painful to many, however these fees are enforced by our distributors and leave us know choice but to have a cancel fee set in place. Refunds will be sent as store credit.

In-stock items are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled! Cancelling in-stock items slows down our warehouse process, so please make sure you are committed to these items before you place an order!

Please email with the title "Cancel (Your Order Number)" if you wish to cancel an order.


Damaged items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Photos of damage are required upon making return request. Damage as a result of carrier mistreatment does not fall under our return policy. Refunds are sent as store credit.

Returns for non-damaged items are offered for 80% store credit within 7 days of delivery.  We do not accept returns for mystery boxes, final sale items, and wholesale orders of 6 of the same unit or more.

If your order arrives missing items we require pictures of the box that the order was shipped in to confirm. Once we confirm we can provide a replacement or store credit if a replacement is not available.


All items on our website are considered Mint, unless product or title states otherwise. Product damage caused by the shipping carrier does not fall under our mint guarantee, we have Route Shipping Protection available at checkout if you wish to insure your package. All items will be inspected prior to shipping, we will never intentionally ship out damaged products to customers. In the rare case that you receive a damaged product that is not a result of carrier damage, we can issue either a refund or replacement depending on the damages. Sealed inner cases of 6 do not fall under our mint guarantee. If a product does not fall under out mint guarantee, it will say so in the product description.
