• Will I get the sticker that is in the product name?
YES! This is our customers biggest concern, and we want to assure you, the sticker you will receive is the EXACT sticker in the title of the product. For example, if your product has a Hot Topic, AAA Anime, EE sticker or any other sticker listed in the name, you will receive a pop with that exact sticker, no exceptions. We do not deceive our customers or try and sell falsely advertised products. 
  • I received an email saying my order was on the way but my tracking hasn't updated?

When a shipping label is made, that means your order is currently being picked by our warehouse team and being prepared for packing. Your tracking number will update when the carrier picks up your order, usually within 2-3 business days depending on the carrier.

  • How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We try and ship all orders within 2-3 business days, during sales and holiday season please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
  • Will my pop come with a protector?
Protectors are available for sale on our site, include one in your order if you want your pop shipped in it!
  • Are Kraken's Collection products authentic?
Everything we sell is 100% authentic. We are a licensed distributor of any toys we sell. 
  • Can I return my items?
We offer returns within 7 days for store credit only. Pre-order products can not be returned, please check our pre-order FAQ for more info on pre orders. Some products are not eligible for return, please refer to Policies.
  • Can I purchase both in stock and pre-order items together?

We recommended separating in-stock and pre-order items. Orders with pre-order items will not ship until pre-order items arrive.

  • Are Pre-Order delivery dates 100% confirmed?

Our ETA's for pre-orders are always subject to change because of possible delays with distributors.

  • What are your customer service hours?
