The order will be fulfilled when we receive the product. We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items. Orders with pre-order items will not ship until all pre-order items arrive. 

By placing a pre-order, you are guaranteeing yourself the product as long as we receive the merchandise. We can only fulfill orders if the manufacturer ships us the merchandise, if the items you order are canceled, you will receive a full refund within 48 hours.
